Pricing and Taxes
Prices displayed on hrlawrence.com are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include taxes.
As the international recipient, all duty and brokerage fees imposed by the country in question are paid for by the recipient.
We cannot cancel or change orders once they have been submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If changes are required, please wait to receive your order and request any returns or exchange at that time. Please feel free to contact us with any question you may have by sending us an email at: email@example.com.
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Our website has a reliable anti-fraud system in place so you may place your order free of hesitation or concern. When you place an order with a credit card on our website, we first authorize your card and place a hold on it for an amount equal to your order. Your card will only be charged once your order has shipped.
Taxes for Canadian Resident
Taxes will be calculated at time of checkout, and vary based on which province your order will be shipped to.
Please note processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. We do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders. If you are not available at the time of drop off, the carrier will leave a note at your door with the next delivery attempt date or details of the closest pick up location.
HR Lawrence includes free shipping with all orders and covers the costs of all duty and taxes for US and International orders. HR Lawrence covers duty and VAT fees for all European orders.
The standard shipping time for in stock items is 4 to 5 business days within Canada and 8 to 10 business days for International and US orders (as indicated on each item’s description page).
An option is available at check out that allows for accelerated shipping times for in stock items for an additional fee.
Shipping times for custom made items and special orders will be as indicated when the order is placed.
Once a purchase has been made on hrlawrence.com, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Another email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped and is on its way to your door. Your tracking number is also available in your account. You may verify the status of your order at any time on the carrier’s website: UPS, FEDEX, CANPAR.
Shipping your Order to Another Address
Orders may be shipped to an address other than the billing address. After entering your billing address during checkout, you will see the option to enter alternate shipping details.
